Was the factory fresh one not a limited edition, 1985 Corsa Rallye with the 1200cc engine that came with a whacking great pair of Dellortos or similar? The white paint with red and yellow stripes suggested that was the case. Fortunately, I haven't found a picture of a chavved one but then so far the only images I've seen are those taken by other ROC and RSSOC members and we don't soil our cmos sensors with modern shi73.

I'm sure it was blue.
The only pic I can find of the chav one is here:
http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2891/1089 ... 05ca_o.jpg (image is HUGE so I won't embed it)
it had some silly coloured hoses under the bonnet and silly wheels that almost made me lose my (DISGUSTING) coffee. "unfortunately" I didn't take a pic and I can't find one on the net.

I saw the bare and very rusty shell of a Peugeot 304 convertible on the back of a transporter going west on the A303 today, presumably heading for a resto!

I did have to question why cars wearing 04/55 plates were being exhibited at a CLASSIC car show when photos appeared. Now I know St John of Simpson will disagree what with him having that there ZT, but, lets face it, Tescos car park still has a few in each day, and I wonder how many clubs featuring older classics were turned down a space due to lack of room? Anyways I'm sure that's a debate for another day/thread.

I followed a nice Triumph Spitfire a few minutes ago after having to pop out to get a few bits, just a pity it was dark as he didn't see the orange Dolomite behind him. Passed a 2000 this afternoon, didn't get a wave from him either...

There were lots of modern sports cars in there, I have no objection to going in and seeing those. there was a pug 306 in there on the Peugeot stand which looked seriously out of place. I don't remember too much boring modern stuff.
