My first ever copy really good. info nice as i'm looking to get myself a clasic triumph.

my 18 month old daughter loves the triumphs, all i can get out of her is wow... although when i asked her to pick a car to buy she found an mx5..

Having subscribed since the days of Old Motor, I cancelled my sub 18 months ago as I felt the mag was not really relevant to me anymore, sounds like I might have to look at one again.

Great edition, must be my age group but every article appealed to me. The Alvis guide left me wanting more, it could easily have run another page or two (not that I could afford or would dare to take one on anyway).

The rust proofing test looks good, but I'm disappointed that POR15 wasn't included as that's the treatment everyone's been raving about for the last couple of years. It would be nice to see how it compared to Bilt Hamber, for example.
Also, the prices listed are meaningless. Not much point telling us that one costs 7.99 and another 19.99 unless we know the quantities.
It would have been more useful to work out the price per metre squared coverage so we could compare costs properly.

the issue was good just the DIY blast cabernet wasn't very DIY when you compare it to a early practical classics from 1992 where they used a oil barrel as the cabernet. but part from that another good issue keep up the good work

Yeuch! Pour a glass of that and the first thing you'd taste would be the oil.

Ah, the Firenza. Basically this Resto was in partnership with Vauxhall. They were restoring the car to a tight schedule and we thought it would be a good car to cover, as it was interesting and had a set in stone end date. Then GM almost went belly up and the staff went down to a three day week, unfortunately H and S rules meant that there had to be at least two people working in the workshop at any one time (sensible really), so there was only one day a week when both members of staff were in the shop together, as the three days didn't tally. Hence the halt in the resto.

We hope that it will be resumed soon, but it's still pretty much out of our hands at the mo.
