A woman turned to talk to me when I walked past her in town one day. It wasn't until I heard her talk that I realised it was my mother! However, I had approached from behind (and was "overtaking") and she was wearing a different coat than I thought! I'm glad I'm usually fairly good at remembering faces - though some of the former pupils catch me out - and always recognise me (not many short, skinny and ugly old farts around!).
