I dare say someone probably posted that with the best of intentions but it is something of a sweeping generalisation. I can't be the only person in the world who's had many successful blind purchases from people in locations as diverse as the USA, Moldova, Uruguay and even Canada.Anyone sending money abroad in search of a bargain deserve to get stung
