Yes indeed. For years it has been down to costs of investigation and also to the likes of DVLA not releasing info to foreign authorities and vice-versa. Now they are starting to talk to each other. So hacking down the French toll motorway at 110 mph in your UK reg beastie and ignoring the speed cams maybe slowly become a thing of the past and likewise euro reg' cars overstaying their welcome in UK too.

im a bit naughty i run my tipper on english plates, i was re registering it but iveco want €500 for the certificate of conformity! its normally €150
ish.....
anyway, now my mazdas gone ive found this. im not buying but any takers?

That's a great price for the Cresta, looks to be in good order as well - but am I reading that the engine's out/missing?
…that's why Allegro will look as good 5 years from now as it does today.

A rare beast indeed in France, let alone UK. The engine has been rebuilt :D

i read it to mean engine to be rebuilt.. but for that price i dont think you can argue
