AP A-series autobox rebuild/strengthen

Thanks mate; I thought 20W50 was the stuff to use before but my mechanic was advised otherwise by the oil people - surprising as they charge more for the thicker stuff nowadays!

I'll have to come over to that forum I think, save me asking a million questions here that likely already have answers over there. Thanks for the pointers.
