My Kadett is in there as well which is very exciting but they spelt my name wrong as well, :-( It's spelt MichAEl not Micheal!

Still, Im just grateful to have my car featured!
Yes, i thought it was a spellchecking subbing thing when i saw the errors, but then i checked the copy i submitted and yes, 'twas me that got it wrong. Don'y know why, as i knew Alan's name anyway, and the Ae rather than Ea was obvious too. Will hold my hands up to that one, (and blame it on lack of sleep thanks to new baby...)

Will do better next time,

Neil

Hahaha ;)

Nah; I meant the Longstone Tyres one. My dad said "They've always been like that" and found another similar one from the 80s :D

Oh is that what the folded thing inside is? I'd rather keep my mag in near mint condition, so if someone could just describe the picture please, that'd do.

I shall do my best:

Imagine a black and white photograph; you can see a tyre; an old car had this wheel and tyre combo attached to it. Attempting to undo the tyre; and with one leg behind the wheel and one leg pointing upwards; is a young lady.

Am I on the right tracks?

It's a picture a rather spiffing looking young girl holding a rather large and inappropriate tool - fully engrossed in her task which is the loosening and subsequent removal of a wheel nut. In the process she is forced to straddle said wheel with both legs, not realising that a callous and unscrupulous cameraman is standing just feet away, willing to exploit this magnificent sight.

Oh, and the other side contains some technical tyre or wheel information or something...
