breakdown truck

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

Terry, please could we have a barfing emoticon? And quote tags that show the name of the person being quoted...

Yes, and some minis of that era also had deckchair-style seats, they started out as a feature of a limited edition mini in, if memory serves me correctly, 1976 and eventually became standard fit in mini 1000s until the tartan (but in Burberry colours) seats came along at around the time that the mini HL was released and the estates lost the Clubman name.

I must admit to a certain fondness for a garish interior, today's car furniture is just too dull, imho.

That "Beetle" pickup has been taken off eBay, presumably because a potential buyer was seen driving it by someone he/she knew and now the poor soul has been sacked off from their work, had their kids taken away by the Social Work Department and is now to be found in a sleeping bag, begging for scraps in a shop doorway.
Wouldn't you think that anyone doing that amount of work to one of those would at least do away with its stupid face and fit a Glof front end? :x
