The Disco 3 has an auto and no drain plug (I can't remember if one was added during production or not). Changing the oil isn't difficult, you just pump it out of the fill tube.
I can't think of a good reason to fit one, I only change my autobox oil every few years, it is no real hardship to pump out of the fill tube if I had to.
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.
