Practically Classics versus Retro Rides

Here's the place to chat about all things classic. Also includes a feedback forum where you can communicate directly with the editorial team - don't hold back, they'd love to know what they're doing right (or wrong of course!)

Slightly off-topic but RR has a really useful section, http://retrorides.proboards.com/board/2 ... ommunities.

Does PC have or considered having something similar?

yes: http://practicallyclassics.phpbbhosts.c ... m.php?f=13

Thinking about it, we had always intended on breaking it up in to counties / geographic areas. Now there are 3 pages of them we should probably do that.
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

If the photo had been of the front rather than the back that grill would have given
the game away!

And I have been on the retro rides for some time with the same user name. May I
suggest that the calender option which has it's own section attached to it might
be an ideal option.

(Even better if could be combined with other forums so nobody misses a club meet
or show, on that the admin on each forum would need to speak to each other.
It was just a thought so don't kill me!!)
I'm Diabetic,& disabled BUT!! NOT DEAD YET!!

I've seen that one. However they also mention storage/workshop space available, which i hadn't noticed in your link.

The grille is related but certainly didn't belong on a MK7, there must have been at least two Jags butchered in the process of building that thing since the side glazing and that snout are pure XK-something or other.
I change my RR name every few weeks since you can do that on there.

I only go there because the young fella who comes down most Thursday nights in the classic Range Rover pays enough to make the chafing and the rash worth the suffering. :P

Should we have our own mystery cars thread on here then? Waddya reckon, boys & girls? I vote yes and the following image is posted by way of inspiration, but what's the car?
