Mornington Crescent, anyone?

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

Do you have a motoring connection?
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

Well, yes chaps I was in entertainment,

and Mr JPB, I guess I was largely responsible for putting the Bop, or at least a very particular rhythm or beat into a certain style of music which has had far reaching influence.

Nah mate,

My beat was more sub Saharan, but has influenced and been used by many musicians from Presley, the Stones, through to Guns & Roses plus others who I won't mention as it would definately give the game away.
