Help Needed

#1 Post by Slimrichardson86 »

i have stumbled across this car i believe is a triumph spitfire mk2? not 100% sure though as the bonnet on this car seems to be completely different to anything i can find on the Internet, i can get this car free of charge to restore not sure if it will be worth doing as it has been left outside for the elements to take hold of it for at least 6yrs i know of please see the pictures and let me know if anyone has any clues to the exact make and model and if it could be worth restoring all help will be appreciated thanks in advance

and if its beyond repair then there are some decent enough bits to make a few bob from breaking it.

Yep, it's a MkI spitfire. That bonnet is standard-ish, but someone's put a silly scoop on it - easily enough fixed.

Restore it - not many cars have such a good spares supply and such brilliant access to the engine bay.

Cheers! :D
