oil filter element

Can anyone tell me who may stock oil filter elements that would fit my 1937 Armstrong Siddeley 14HP? Its dimensions are approx 7 " long and it fits inside a 3"diameter bowl. The old one that I have was made of felt and has a star-like cross section.

Does anyone know who restores these units or carries spare seals? Mine are the type BC model off a 1937 Armstrong Siddeley 14/6. Thanks. JW
