The car starts and ticks over no problem, its sluggish at 30 to 50 mph, if choke is pulled out a bit then it runs smooth, I was told by mechanic its due to running too lean. If I need a accuspark electronic distributor where would I purchase one and how would I know which is the correct one.

Hi, thanks for all your info. As far as I know the carb had a refurb by previous owner and I had a mechanic take alook at it and said it was ok, think he said it was a zenith.
so the one on ebay should fit as the diameter is 6cm across which goes over the carb.
any other places to look apart from ...

Hi, can anyone advise me if I have the correct air filter box for my car, its a sealed unit but not sure if its correct as car is running lean and taking in too much air. If its wrong is the a compatible one?
