Toyota Comfort.
Which IIRC the driver can open the NSR door from the driver's seat.

Re: What would you buy & why?
Harvey, you're so close that I'm counting your answer as a win, unless anyone gets closer. Same body, but Comfort came in dual fuel, rather than hybrid, electric rear door optional across the range, I've just uploaded all of the pics taken before the car went off for its mot, prior to receiving its uk registration. Flickr, it appears, no longer allows free members to copy image urls. Help please, is there another image storage product that does allow this? Files are way too large to add as attachments.
My car is the Crown Super Deluxe "mild" Hybrid version, where the mild means that it does the stop/start stuff from its electric motor, which is driven by and drives to a belt connecting to the crankshaft pulley, this starter/generator/motor thing also kicks in to supplement the petrol engine's efforts when an extremely violent kick to the base of the spine is required. The gadgetry must be doing something correctly, as average fuel consumption is around the mid 50s around town and high 40s on a long run at the UK motorway speed limit.
Once I find a functioning image handling medium, I shall add images.

Re: What would you buy & why?
I just managed to find the above on flickr, and get it here. I chose that pic as it was quite interesting.

Re: What would you buy & why?
Yes, but whenever I've tried to load images hosted there to this forum, I get the usual message about my IP address being on some form of proscribed list. At least the forum itself gets around its similar warning by switching on my VPN. Imgur just tells me to turn it off. At least flickR doesn't do that. If it makes any difference, hardware is an Acer Spin 713 Chromebook, running Mint 19 and Android 12.
Having another bash at this now....
Well I'll be darned! Turns out that a download link isn't available from camera roll as it used to be, so I tried using the photostream option and it seems that this was a PEBKAC issue.
