Mr rusty back! Still in Essex, still with a 1968 Mk1 2 litre Vitesse, still got the drive to work cheapo 1995 Rover 214 wedgie........which finally popped it's head gasket while the old forum was down, that was a fun job to change in the street with snow all around ......interesting to see tho that at 140000 miles it still had its original plastic dowels and elastomer hg, and my 17 year old daughter is driving a classic now- a 1989 Metro, 998cc of A series fun! Pity she doesn't really appreciate it for anything other than the ipod input on the cd player And the wife still has her horrid modern thing.
As we're now on I think the third incarnation of the forum lets hope it stays this time!!!

1968 Triumph Vitesse Mk1 2 litre convertible, Junior Miss rusty has a 1989 998cc Mk2 Metro, Mrs Rusty has a modern common rail diesel thing.

Hi everyone. My names Martin from the West Midlands (Walsall to be precise) I am an avid reader of the magazine and my area of interest is old campervans, but not VW's My current project is a 1978 Leyland Sherpa Holdsworth which is coming along......slowly. I bought it last year after selling my 1980 Bedford CF. I love the idea of a classic campervan as it dual purpose.......a classic vehicle and can be used for holidays.
Are there any other campervan owners on here? I don't know, maybe I'm the first

I am new here and love classic cars a lot. I have been collecting the magazine ever since a friend told me about it and love it to bits. I am learning to drive and hoping to take my practical test this summer. Once I have passed I am hoping to get a Morris Minor.

Hello. My name's Richard, 20, from Southend in Essex. I've got 2x A35, A55 Cambridge, a Wolseley 18/85 and an Austin Maestro. Interested in older and more modern stuff as well - although I'm not really into modified cars.

Hello All
Been meaning to re register since the demise of the old forum but only just got round to it.
I'm Rob, 35 from Cannock. Been buying PC magazine every issue since about 1993.
despite my username which stems from a long-time obssession with certain 2.8i Fords, my classic of choice is the E30 BMW.
My previous 325i met its demise a couple of months ago thanks to terminal rot - I've just finished stripping it and the sorry looking shell has gone today.
In its place I have another 325i - a Touring this time - its a special car in that it is chassis number 001 - I have had it confirmed via BMW that it is a pre-production model built a full 2 months before full scale production actually started and it was originally registered to BMW's Bracknell HQ. It is the first RHD touring.
It is Taxed, MOT'd and unmolested - unfortunately it is also un-maintained and the last MOT tester must have done it without his glasses on.
I will start a project thread shortly. It needs a lot of TLC but unlike my last one is structurally sound.

I'm Bill from Englewood, New Jersey. You've never likely heard of it but I'm 6 miles from NY City. I'm 36.
Been a reader of PC (Which is $10.95 over here ) since before I had my license. I have 2 LHD Vauxhall PAs that I imported from Ontario Canada, a 62 and a 60, both are Veloxes. I also have an E28 BMW M5 and if you can call it a classic, I have a 97 (built 7/96 though) BMW 740iL which Isn't THAT far off from being a classic I suppose.
Glad to see a PC forum online!
