Great start to the project and I'm sure we all look forward to seeing how this develops. Is it just my eyes or an odd photo but in photo 4 it looks far too short as if it's been squeezed at each end - I know the bumpers would make a difference but even so it just doesn't look right?

If that's an example of the type of work you do, I'm surprised you didn't get anyone to take you up on the offer of a job - if I was 40 years younger and 75 miles closer then I'd be up for it :D

The proportions look right to me, are you viewing in subsilver2? The other forum theme doesn't render pictures correctly.

Or maybe it looks shorter because there's no load on its suspension and it has a (rather attractive as it goes  ) gasser stance in that image.

If that image were squashed, then can someone explain how the tyres are still round?

Select subsilver2 from your forum user CP under theme and you'll see the whole thing, circular wheels and all.

Thanks John

Now in 'Subsilver 2' and it's like a whole new world - for a start I can see all of the photos - before some fell of the edge of the page . . . .

I can see I'm going to be here a while looking back on some topics to get a different view of them

Thanks

Mike

I may have a fiddle with the settings and change the default to subsilver2 to permanently sort the image problem.

Back on topic, I do like a TR6. PLEASE keep adding pics as you progress through the restoration :)
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.
